Ürün Açıklaması
1. Product Introduction

Our Titanium Alloy Lift Check Valve (Globe Pattern) is engineered to automatically prevent fluid backflow in corrosive piping systems. Designed with a bolted bonnet and lift-type disc mechanism, it allows unrestricted forward flow while instantly closing to block reverse flow, protecting pumps, compressors, and other equipment from damage. The titanium alloy construction, combined with hardfaced sealing surfaces, delivers exceptional resistance to corrosion, abrasion, and high temperatures, making it ideal for demanding chemical and industrial environments.

3. Structural Features
  • Reliable Sealing: Disc and seat sealing surfaces are hardfaced with Stellite or iron-based alloys, offering excellent wear, high-temperature, and corrosion resistance for extended service life.
  • Corrosion-Resistant Body: Full titanium alloy construction ensures superior performance in oxidizing and corrosive media common in chemical processing.
  • Upstream Seal Design: An upper seal seat on the bonnet enhances packing seal reliability in the fully open position, allowing easy packing replacement without system shutdown.
  • Durable Stem: The valve stem undergoes quenching and tempering plus surface nitriding treatment, providing excellent anti-corrosion and anti-scuffing properties.
  • Flexible Connection Options: Compatible with various flange standards and sealing face forms (RF, RJ, FM, etc.) to meet diverse project requirements.
  • Low Maintenance: The top-entry bolted bonnet design allows easy access to internal components for inspection and repair, minimizing downtime.
4. Application Fields

This titanium alloy lift check valve is widely used in industries requiring corrosion resistance and backflow prevention:

  • Chlor-Alkali & Soda Ash Industry: For brine, chlorine, and caustic soda process lines.
  • Nitric Acid & Fertilizer Industry: Resists strong oxidizing media and prevents process fluid backflow.
  • Pharmaceutical & Fine Chemical Industry: Handles corrosive solvents and reaction media.
  • Organic & Inorganic Acid Production: Service in acetic acid, hydrochloric acid, and salt solution pipelines.
  • Petrochemical & Offshore Applications: For corrosive process streams in oil refining and marine environments.
